Diagnosis
Flagellum slender and flagellomeres pedunculate, i.e. with anterior part narrow and ± elongate; occiput and temples covered with strong setae; malar sulcus missing; face with distinct tentorial pits; pronotal collar carina weak or missing; thoracic dorsum moderately convex to flat; scutellum as long as wide; female with fore coxa dark and metallic, mid and hind coxae pale non-metallic, majority of males with all coxae dark and metallic; propodeum with two large foveae anterolaterally.

Parasite in eggs of Agroiconota bivittata Say, A. judaica Fabricius, Charidotella proxima (Boheman), C. sinuata (Champion), C. zona Fabricius, C. sexpunctata Fabricius (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae).
